- TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF COMPOSITE Ramp Sketch
(SKATE BOARD COURT RP 763)
The structure of the composite ramp is made of 3mm steel without screws or rivets (fully welded), which is protected by high strength epoxy paint.
The compound ramp can accommodate all kinds of extreme sports (BMX bikes, roller skates, roller blades, etc.).
The surface of the ramp is 3 mm thick Rampwerx, specially designed and constructed to provide stable and predictable traction to the user. The all-steel construction of the ramp and railing requires minimal maintenance by the owner.
The entire structure is mounted and mounted on an asphalt surface, which is mounted on a cement platform. After the ramp is installed, special asphalt material is installed so that the ramp’s lips that are adjacent to the ground dip a few centimeters below the asphalt, and eliminate dangerous hooks.
The components that make up the construction are:
Straight ramp: length = 2.36 meters, height = 1.20 meters, width = 2.16 meters, with a horizontal platform of 1.20 x 2.36 meters, with protective railings of 1.20 meters
Extra-sized ramp: length = 3.00 meters, height = 1.20 meters, width = 1.60 meters, with horizontal platform 1.20 x 3.00 meters, with protective railings height = 1.20 meters.
Double ramp, with 1.20 x 2.36 m horizontal platform, straight dimension ramp: length = 2.36 meters, height = 1.20 meters, width = 2.16 meters and oversized ramp: length = 2.36 meters, height = 1.20 meters, width = 1.60 meters.
The safety area required for the installation of the composite ramp is 23.00 X 7.50 meters.
All production work processes for the processing of raw materials are carried out according to:
