LIGHTING COLUMN 1Κ-C2
1K-C2
The lamp consists of:
The base
The web
The upper part with the luminaire
The base is made of cast iron, has a height of 70 cm and a variable diameter starting at about Ø 42 cm. At the base is also the power door that makes it easy to connect to the power supply. At the bottom, place the mounting bracket. The mounting base is a square steel flange of 55 x 55 cm and about 5 mm thick. At a distance of about 4 cm from the edges of the flange, four Ø 20 mm diameter holes are created to secure the illuminating tissue to the ground.
The tissue consists of two cast pieces of about 94 cm and 83 cm respectively each with a diameter that decreases as it rises. Their diameter at the bottom is Ø 11 cm and Ø 10.5 cm respectively.
The upper part of about 80 cm high consists of two arched arms with additional decoration that hold the light fixtures. The luminaire consists of the base of the luminaire and the lamp guard.
For connecting the base to the web, a 20 cm height and variable diameter joint starting from Ø 15 cm is used. Between the two pieces of tissue, place a 22 cm high and variable cross section joint starting at Ø 14 cm in diameter. about 10 cm in diameter and about 10 cm in diameter. Inside the base and mast column, a cable passes through the lamp.
Lighting does not include electrical equipment.

METALLIC ELEMENTS
Metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.
PAINTS
For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed to release them, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
All production work processes for the processing of raw materials are carried out according to:
The ISO9001: 2015 quality system
The environmental management system ISO14001: 2015
