LIGHTING COLUMN 20-05-20
20-05-20
The SL1002 consists of the following parts:
The support base
The mast tissue
The traditional lantern
The reception door
The cast aluminum joint
The mounting base is a square flange measuring 35 x 35 cm and about 5 mm thick. At a distance of approximately 4 cm from the edges of the flange, four Ø 20 mm diameter holes are created to secure the lantern to the ground.
On the flange, the lantern web is welded, consisting of a pipe 120 cm long and 4 δια in diameter and 4 mm thick, followed by another 130 cm long pipe and 2 ″ diameter and 3 mm thick. The quality of the iron made of the pipes is ST 37-2.
At the joint of the two pipes is a cast aluminum joint. At the top of the web there is a lantern consisting of the base and the traditional hexagon lantern.
At the bottom of the mast column there is a removable socket, power supply. It is oval and 17×7 cm in shape, recessed on the pillar lamp. It has 3 recessed screws, one of which is a safety alley. Inside the base and tissue lamp passes the cable, which ends in the lamp.
The light fixture is mounted on the ground with anchors 40 cm long.
Lighting does not include electrical equipment.
METALLIC ELEMENTS
Metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.
PAINTS
For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed to release them, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
All production work processes for the processing of raw materials are carried out according to:
The ISO9001: 2015 quality system
The environmental management system ISO14001: 2015
