The metal enclosure consists of repeating frames approximately 214×140 cm. Each frame consists of:

Vertical elements consisting of a 40x40x3mm 130 cm high tube, with a spherical decoration on its upper part, with a special base mounted on the 8x 8 mm vertical vertical element.

Between the two vertical elements is the main enclosure consisting of sixteen (16) vertical solid 14×14 mm, two (2) horizontal P 35×15 mm and one (1) horizontal perforated P 35×15 mm, forming seventeen (17) square sides 11 cm about the bottom of the fence.

In these blocks are placed the decorative elements of the construction. The squares are decorated with ‘X’ shaped decorations made of crimped blades. The construction completes the upper part of the fence decorative braided ‘L’ shape.

Enclosure support is achieved either by the addition of a 25 cm diameter three-hole metal flange for mounting on a fixed surface with plugs, or by modifying the vertical pipes for cementing to the ground.

METALLIC ELEMENTS

The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

PAINTS

For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
