TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Wood-coated cylindrical buckets:
They are suitable for safe and hygienic disposal of light pedestrian trash. They are easy to use, functional and easy to clean. They contribute to their upgrading of the environment. The buckets have a very good finish and overall aesthetic appearance. They have a frusto-cone shape with a peripheral lining made of wood.
They have an inner tank of approximately 37 liters.
The wooden round bucket with sticks consists of:
Two metal rings and
14 wooden bars
An inner bucket
The upper metallic ring is made of 2×3 cm cast aluminum with an outer diameter of 41 cm while the lower ring has an outer diameter of 34 cm and is likewise made of 2×3 cm cast aluminum.
On their inner side there are recesses of 5×2 cm and depth of 1.5 cm for mounting the wooden bars. One of the two metal rings features a 4x1cm and 27.5cm crossbars in a cross-section similarly made of cast aluminum. This attachment gives strength and durability to the construction and supports the inner bucket.
The connection between the two rods is accomplished by three wires having a cross section of 10 mm and a height of 50 cm which penetrate the metal rings and are secured by means of six mills other M6X30.
The wooden rods are 14 and 4×2 cm wide, 53 cm high and are made of Swedish wood. They are attached to the recesses of the metal rings thus forming the body of the bucket.
At the cross-section anchor is welded to a pipe 35 cm Ø 60 and at its end a corresponding octagonal flange measuring 17 x 17 cm.
The metal inner bucket is made of galvanized steel 0.8 mm thick. It has a frusto cone shape with base diameter 31 cm, lip diameter 27 cm and height 51 cm and is mounted as mentioned above with the help of the crucible. The metal bucket has four escape holes at the bottom to drain rainwater and waste liquid into the bin.
METALLIC ELEMENTS
The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.
PAINTS
The varnishes and paints that protect the wooden parts are specially designed for the climate of our country and are absolutely harmless to the users (they do not contain lead, chromium, cadmium or other heavy metals) and give high strength to our constructions.
For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
All production work processes for the processing of raw materials are carried out according to:
The ISO 9001: 2015 quality system
The ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System
