TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The metal ashtray floor is about 53X33X95 cm and consists of:

The metal ashtray, made of extruded 1.5 mm steel with a diameter of 33 cm. and about 16 cm deep, with a metal cord on its outer side. It also has a connecting element with the rest of the pipe 5 cm in length. For its use it is necessary to place sand in the ashtray 5-10 cm thick.

The ashtray rests on a Ø 2 2 mm thick, 85 cm long pipe mounted vertically, with an aluminum decorative ball approximately 3 cm in diameter at the top and a 2 cm vertical column support base.

The tubular body of the structure ends at the bottom with a circular flange 25 cm in diameter with a bobbin decorative extrusion and holes for fixing the structure to a firm ground with plugs. The base may also be modified to be cemented when it is to be laid on solid ground.

METALLIC ELEMENTS

The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
