Cast Iron Floor Litter:
They occupy a space of about 80-85 liters, are of high strength, suitable for safe and hygienic deposition of light pedestrian trash. They are easy to use, functional and easy to clean.
They are not easily destroyed and contribute to their upgrading of the environment. They are normally harmless, corrosion-resistant, acid-free and chemical-free. They are shaped like an octagonal prism, with expanded bases, traditional aesthetics, with rounded corners and firmly fixed to the ground.
Their main body consists of three parts, the trunk and its two bases.
The trunk is shaped in an octagonal prism with vertical pressed angular ribs and perimeter reinforcements 10 mm thick, designed to give robustness and durability throughout the construction. It is made of galvanized steel sheets according to DIN 50,976, 2.0 mm thick.
Its upper and lower base are shaped in octagonal hoops with an outer aperture of 600 mm connected riveting to the body of the main body made of 5.0 mm thick cast iron, with stamped clay print, and treated with special trimmings appropriate anti-rust treatment.
Its upper base features a lock on the front and top, with a DIN 22.417 triangular cross-section lock to allow the waist container to be opened and to release the inner bin .
Its lower base, which is also the base of the trash can, has two additional metal sockets, suitable for fastening the trash can to the ground with screws.
The lid is flat and slightly inclined. It carries the center of an octagonal hole of 200 mm aperture and opens upwards. It is made of 5.0mm thick cast iron, with microchip printing and treated with special particle consistency coating and additional convenient anti-rust treatment.
It is fitted to the main body with a suitable hinge mounted on the upper rear face of the trash can. The lid automatically locks into its closed position.
The lid of the bucket includes two (2) As12 aluminum alloy ashtrays with a 12% silicon content. Their shape is trapezoidal and include a blade for extinguishing cigarettes. To secure them from the lid of the bucket they have a safety system with ball and light bulb.
The inner container of the trash can is cylindrical, with a capacity of about 62 liters, with reinforcing circumferential ribs.
It is made of galvanized steel sheet, 0.5 mm thick and its rim forms a perimeter reinforcing cord. On top of it and symmetrically it has two comfortable and convenient handles for its release.
For its anticorrosive protection, the bucket is dipped in acids to achieve its relaxation, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then an electrostatic polyester powder paint.
The garbage cans are finally lined with beech wood, 4.7×0.9cm in diameter, dryer ovens and pasted with marine glaze. In the bins there is space for mounting 50×100 mm aluminum plates with a logo and proprietary information.
METALLIC ELEMENTS
The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.
PAINTS
The varnishes and paints that protect the wooden parts are specially designed for the climate of our country and are absolutely harmless to the users (they do not contain lead, chromium, cadmium or other heavy metals) and give high strength to our constructions.
For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
