BENCH 0020-375

0020-375

The perforated seating bench is completely metal. The bench has overall dimensions: 60 cm wide, 200 cm long and 82 cm high.

The main body of the living room is made of 2 mm thick perforated sheet with 6 mm perforation. The sheet used for construction is 200 cm long and 100 cm wide.

Its shape is shaped on an ergonomic bench whose backs have been rotated in such a way that they are not dangerous to the user.

The robustness of the construction is enhanced by the use of two 100×8 mm cross-section metal blades 70 cm long.

The blades are positioned at a distance of 27 cm  inside and outside to the edges of the perforated body of the bench.

At its two ends, the bench has 60 mm long and 200 cm long metal pipes, which are mounted inside the turned edges of the perforated sheet which forms the main body of the living room.

The bench rests on two legs that are also made of 2 mm thick perforated 6 mm perforated. They are cylindrical in shape 12 cm in diameter and 40 cm in height and have a bottom metal tray 10 cm in diameter and 8 mm thick at the bottom.

The legs of the living room are connected by argon welding to the reinforcement blade.

METALLIC ELEMENTS

The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

PAINTS

For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed to release them, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.

All production work processes for the processing of raw materials are carried out according to:
