Metal garbage cans:
They have two 35-liter bins each of high strength, suitable for safe and healthy disposal of light pedestrian trash. They are easy to use, functional and easy to clean.
They are not easily destroyed and contribute to their upgrading of the environment. The bins with the decorative bracket can be mounted individually, in pairs or in pairs. The trash can is emptied by turning the bin.
The bins are made of 0.6mm thick steel sheet for their main body and bottom. Their main body is cylindrical, 48 cm high and 30 cm in diameter, with reinforcing circumferential ribs and decorative rhomboid perforations. On top of them, they are open for comfortable dumping of light pedestrian crossings.
Their bottom carries 4 escape holes to drain rainwater and waste liquid into the bin.
They have a capacity of 35 liters so that when installed on lighting columns and sidewalks, they do not cause discomfort to pedestrians.
Between the buckets and the decorative support bailer there is a 2.0mm thick steel special decorative bracket. Its cross-section is P-shaped and has a circle and two triangles at the bottom. It is attached to the decorative stylus with two screws.
This arm allows the bucket to be unlocked by the bearing with a triangular cross-section wrench according to DIN 22.417 and its release by removal and proper handling. Also, the bracket has a bucket stabilization system so that when returning to the upright position, it secures firmly.
The decorative support bell is made of a pipe 11cm in diameter and 42cm high and with the help of a traditional type of union – enlargement metal piece contains a 6cm diameter and 2mm thick, 1.30m total height with elegant metallic 7 cm in height and 8.5 cm in height and a tray 26 cm in diameter with 3 holes suitable for fastening it to the ground with a 25 cm long protruding tube or pipe to fasten it to the ground at your choice.
The ashtray is made of 0.6 mm thick steel sheet. The main body is 20 cm high and has reinforcing ribs. The top is open for comfortable throwing cigarettes and has a special 4 cm wide perforated surface for extinguishing pedestrian cigarettes. The ashtray is painted with an electrostatic polyester powder paint. Between the ashtray and the decorative support bail there is a special 2.0 mm thick steel base.
Their cross-section is P-shaped and is attached to the decorative stylet with two screws. This base allows the ashtray to be released from the bearing with a triangular cross-section wrench according to DIN 22.417 and its release by removal and proper handling.
The base is painted with sandy electrostatic polyester powder paint. The capacity of the ashtray is 1 liter, so that the trash can have a distinctive presence and can be accompanied by the relative sticker encouraging its use.
The garbage cans have a very good finish and overall aesthetic appearance. Trash cans can be fitted with a 50×100 mm aluminum plate with your logo and elements of your choice
METALLIC ELEMENTS
The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.
PAINTS
For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
