BASKEBALL STAND 30-05-01
30-05-01
The wall basket has:
The wall mount
Their arms
The dashboard and
the wreath
The wall mounting bracket is made of 60 mm wide “P” metal cross section and 50 mm wide metal corners. They form a frame of dimensions 1800X1050 mm.
Mounting the base to the wall is:
In places with concrete with the help of metal screws express F12Χ150.
In brick areas with the help of M16 screws.
The arms of the basket are made of a 60×40 mm cross section. They consist of two rectangular frames of 3000 mm length and 800 mm height which are 1200 mm apart. At the edges of the chassis is a 50mm welded metal corner for attaching the arms to the mounting bracket and dashboard.
Inside the frames and in a diagonal arrangement 40×40 mm sections are mounted to enhance their robustness. Attach the brackets to the mounting bracket and to the dashboard via M12X30 hexagon screws.
To avoid the oscillation of the arms, electrodes are welded between them at a cross section of 20×20 mm. At the top of the arms are welded metal rings (one for each arm) which pierce the wire supporting the basket on the wall. This also enhances the stability of the construction.
The board is made of a 50x30mm angle and measures 1050x1800mm. In the center of the metal frame and at equal distances from its vertical sides, a second smaller metal frame 590×450 mm is made, which is 300 mm from the bottom of the frame. The plexi glass panel 1050x1800mm and 12mm thick is mounted on the metal corners with screws and an elastic film is inserted between it and the metal corners for shock absorption.
The hoop is made of iron rod F 20 with an internal net diameter of 450 mm and is mounted on the mounting base of the panel with screws, which pass through special brass cylindrical sockets of the panel and screw into the plates joining the inner small frame with the perimeter frame labeling. At the bottom of the rim there are 12 hooks to support the net, which are designed to prevent accidents.
METALLIC ELEMENTS
The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.
PAINTS
For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed to release them, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
All production work processes for the processing of raw materials are carried out according to:
The ISO 9001: 2015 quality system
The ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System
