BICYCLE STAND 0020-358
0020-358
The spiral metal bicycle stand consists of two vertical steel columns Ø 3 ”and 100 cm high attached to a horizontal steel pipe Ø 1” at the end of the two verticals forming a ‘II’.
The central part of the stand, which functions as a bicycle locking area, is a Φ1 ”spiral tube with a diameter of 60 cm.
This spiral tube is connected to the vertical columns at the ends by two tubes Φ1 ″ for each column. Also for the stability of the construction there are vertical pipes Φ 1 ″ 20 cm long, per 50 cm from the ends, at the bottom of the coil ending in the ground. The pitch of the coil can vary depending on the positions of the bicycles.
All connections are made by Argon bonding, and then the surface is smoothed by electric friction.
METALLIC ELEMENTS
Metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.
PAINTS
For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
All production work processes for the processing of raw materials are carried out according to:
EN 1176 standards 1-6,
The ISO 9001: 2015 quality system
The ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System
