CAROUSEL 10-06-01

10-06-01

The mill has overall dimensions: 152 cm in diameter and 77,2 cm high. It consists of:

The rotation mechanism

The base

The mounting handles

The seat

The shaft is made of 3’’ tube, with two bearings and two threaded nuts and their safety. This head has a diameter of 16.5 cm at the top and a diameter of 22 cm at the base. The mill base (rotation platform) is made of Wireness plywood, one side of which has a dark brown non-slip flooring. . It has a diameter of 152 cm and a thickness of 23 mm. Below the base there is a circular blade 10 cm high and 6 mm thick to prevent users from accessing the bottom of the mill.

The two grip handles are made of a 1 inch, 232 cm long tube shaped “P” shaped with a bower at the corners. The total height of the handle is 65 cm. The two handles are welded in such a way as to form a cross. Inside the handle and at a height of 23 cm, there is a welded tube of 1 inch cross section and 144.5 cm in length. The groove seat is positioned by means of screws 3/8.

The seat of the mill is also made of Wireness plywood, one side of which has a dark brown, non-slip floor. It has a diameter of 80 cm and a thickness of 23 mm.

PLASTIC INFORMATION

The plastic components required to manufacture the equipment are highly resistant to UV radiation and adverse weather conditions. Preferred are recyclable materials such as polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP). Specifically all screws protruding from the equipment over 5 mm are covered with polypropylene (PP) plastic plugs. They are also safe for the safety and health of children.

METALLIC ELEMENTS

The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, joints, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

PAINTS

For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts of the mill are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) followed by a two-layer electrostatic powder coating.

PACKING

The following procedure is used for fixing the equipment:

At this point where the column is to be installed, a pit about 80 cm deep and 60 cm in diameter is opened. Then, once the column is inserted, the pit is filled with fractured cone-shaped concrete until it reaches 10 cm from the ground surface, where it is covered with soil.

Only ground irons, which hold each column at a distance of about 10 cm from the ground, are prevented on the ground in order to prevent the wood from being corroded by soil moisture.

All production work processes for the processing of raw materials are carried out according to:

EN 1176 standards 1-6,

The ISO9001: 2015 quality system

The environmental management system ISO14001: 2015
