LIGHTING COLUMN 20-05-19

20-05-19

The luminaire consists of the following parts:

The support base

The mast tissue

The two traditional lanterns

The reception door

The cast aluminum joint

The cast arms – aluminum joints

The mounting base is a square steel flange measuring 35 x 35 cm and about 5 mm thick. At a distance of about 4 cm from the edges of the flange, four Ø 20 mm diameter holes are created to secure the illuminating tissue to the ground.

The lantern web is welded to the gasket, consisting of a pipe 120 cm long and Ø 4 mm in diameter and 4 mm thick, followed by another pipe 130 cm long and 2 ″ diameter and 3 mm thick. The steel that the pipes are made of is ST 37-2.

At the joint of the two pipes is a cast aluminum joint. At the top of the web are two cast aluminum legs that support the two traditional lanterns.

At the bottom of the mast column there is a removable socket, power supply. It is oval and 17×7 cm in shape, recessed on the pillar lamp. It has 3 recessed screws, one of which is a safety alley. Inside the base and tissue lamp passes the cable, which ends in the lamp.

The light fixture is mounted on the ground with anchors 40 cm long. The fixtures do not include electrical equipment.

METALLIC ELEMENTS

Metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

PAINTS

For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed to release them, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.

All production work processes for the processing of raw materials are carried out according to:
