The bin consists of the following parts:

hemispherical metal lid

metal cylindrical body

metal foot rest

inner bucket

The body of the bucket is made of 2 mm thick sheet metal and is 70 cm high and 38 cm in diameter.

At the top is a 12X12mm caliber rod, while at the bottom is a bucket bottom, also made of 2mm sheet metal.

The bucket lid is made of 1 mm thick sheet metal and is hemispherical in shape. It also has a diameter of 38 cm and a height of 15 cm. The front of the bucket has an oval groove of 10×16 cm, for the disposal of waste while at the opposite end there is hinges for opening the bucket and removing the bag.

At the bottom of the bucket body is a 4 15 15 cm high tube.

To place the bucket on the ground a flange of 25 cm in diameter and 8 mm thick is fitted, which has three holes for placing the bucket in the ground with plugs.

The inner bucket is made of galvanized 0.5 mm thick and has a diameter of 33 cm and a height of 65 cm.

It has a capacity of about 80 liters.

METALLIC ELEMENTS

The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

PAINTS

For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
