Bins with metal plates:

They consist of their outer main body and an inner bin. They are of high strength, suitable for safe and healthy disposal of light pedestrian trash. They are easy to use, functional and easy to clean. They are not easily destroyed and contribute to their upgrading of the environment. They are normally harmless, corrosion-resistant, acid-free and chemical-free. They are cylindrical in shape with an enlarged rim.

They have an internal bin of about 50 liters.

The main body of the bucket consists of 18 30×3 mm and 85 cm long metal blades, which are molded on top and 65 cm high, forming a 10 cm curve. 122 cm, circular in shape 39 cm in diameter, outside of which the blades are welded, leaving 4 cm apart.

Another two similar blades are welded, the first at 31 cm above the ground and the second at 65 cm above the ground, inside the blades. At the end of the blades is a welded solid metal tube 12 mm in diameter and 185 cm long which forms the circular rim of the bucket 59 cm in diameter.

To support the inner bin on the outer base, there are welded internals at the bottom of the circular blade of the base, two cross bars 30×3 mm and 38.5 cm in length, in the shape of a cross.

The inner bin is made of galvanized steel 0.5 mm thick and has a diameter of 37 cm and a height of 66 cm, with a perimeter reinforcing cord on its rim. And it has two handles facing away from the rim for emptying the trash. The capacity of the inner bin is approximately 50 liters.

METALLIC ELEMENTS

The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

PAINTS

For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
