Metal garbage cans:
They have a 35 liters bin, suitable for safe and healthy disposal of light pedestrian trash. It has a flower pot with decorative additions of wooden parts. It also has a cylinder box of approximately 1 liter capacity. They are easy to use, functional and easy to clean. They are not easily destroyed and contribute to their upgrading of the environment. They are normally harmless, corrosion-resistant, acid-free and chemical-free. The trash can is emptied by removing its inner bin.
The vase with a pot and ashtray is made up of a 35 liter bucket, a decorative bollard on top, a 35 liter pot and a 1 liter metal ashtray.
The bin is made of 2 mm thick perforated sheet metal for the main body and bottom. Its main body is cylindrical, 50 cm high and 32 cm in diameter and has a diameter of 2 cm.
It has an inner bin made of 1 ¼ mm thick, 50 cm high and 30 cm diameter drill bits and has a diameter of 6 mm. On its rim, it has two circular Ø 40 mm circular “pompe” awnings to remove the inside bucket from outside and retaining bag.
The trash bin is mounted on the support bush and its height is 120 cm above the ground.
At the top, it is open for comfortable throwing of light footage of pedestrians. Its capacity is 35 liters so that when placed on the sidewalks, it will not cause discomfort to pedestrians.
The support bollard is made of a sturdy 80X80 mm 3 mm thick and 120 cm high.
At its upper end, the stylus bears an elegant cast-iron traditional aesthetic top and a total height of 10 cm. The stylus has a total height of 130 cm.
At its lower end it has a support tray 25 cm in diameter and 10 mm thick.
The pot is made of 2 mm thick perforated sheet for the main body and bottom. Its main body is cylindrical, 50 cm high and 32 cm in diameter and has a diameter of 2 cm.
For drainage of water from the pot, a metal bottom 32 cm in diameter is mounted on the outside, which is fixed to the perforated bottom of the pot by means of a screw, which is easy to remove. The flower pot also has an inner bucket of 48 cm high and 31 cm in diameter made of 0.6 mm thick steel. The flower pot is mounted on a support bush and its height is 72 cm above the ground.
The cigarette case is made of galvanized 0.6 mm thick sheet steel. The top is open for comfortable casting of cigarettes and has a special 4 cm wide perforated surface for extinguishing pedestrian cigarettes. Between the cigarette case and the decorative support bail there is a special base of galvanized steel, 2.0 mm thick.
Their cross-section is P-shaped and is attached to the decorative stylet with two screws. This base allows the cigarette case to be released from the lock with a triangular cross-section wrench according to DIN 22.417 and its release by removal and proper handling.
The capacity of the ashtray is 1 liter, so that the trash can have a distinctive presence and is accompanied by a relevant sticker encouraging its use.
METALLIC ELEMENTS
The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.
PAINTS
The varnishes and paints that protect the wooden parts are specially designed for the climate of our country and are absolutely harmless to the users (they do not contain lead, chromium, cadmium or other heavy metals) and give high strength to our constructions.
For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
