LITTER BIN 0020-373

0020-373

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Wood-coated cylindrical buckets:

They are suitable for safe and hygienic disposal of light pedestrian trash. They are easy to use, functional and easy to clean. They contribute to their upgrading of the environment. The buckets have a very good finish and overall aesthetic appearance. They have a frusto-cone shape with a peripheral lining made of wood.

They have an internal tank of approximately 45 liters.

The wooden round bin with sticks consists of:

Two metal rings and

16 wooden bars

An inner bucket

The metal rings are made of cast aluminum 2×3 cm with an outer diameter of 44 cm. On one side there are recesses for mounting the wooden bars.

On their inner side there are recesses of 5×2 cm for mounting the wooden bars. One of the two metallic rings features a two-piece 4.5×0.5cm cross-section brace similarly made of cast aluminum. This attachment gives strength and durability to the construction and supports the inner bucket.

At the cross-linking device, a tube 35 cm Ø 60 mm high is welded and the corresponding flanged 16.5×16.5 cm octagonal flange is welded at its end.

The wooden bars are 16 and have a cross section of 4.5×2 cm, 53 cm high and are made of Swedish wood. They are attached to the recesses of the metal rings thus forming the body of the bucket. The connection between the two bars is achieved by three cables having a cross section of 10 mm and a height of 53 cm.

The metal inner bucket is made of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel, 35 cm in diameter and 52 cm high and has two opposing handles on its rim to facilitate discharge. The inner bucket is supported as mentioned above inside the bucket by means of the cross-section. The metal bucket has four escape holes at the bottom to drain rainwater and waste liquids into the bin.

METALLIC ELEMENTS

The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

PAINTS

The varnishes and paints that protect the wooden parts are specially designed for the climate of our country and are absolutely harmless to the users (they do not contain lead, chromium, cadmium or other heavy metals) and give high strength to our constructions.

For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.

All production work processes for the processing of raw materials are carried out according to:

The ISO 9001: 2015 quality system

The ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System
