TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

STAINLESS STEEL BIN

The bin has a total dimension: Height of 99 cm X 34 cm.

It is made of stainless steel sheet about 1 mm thick. It has a cylindrical perforated outer bin Ø 30 cm and a height of 47.5 cm. Its internal dimensions are Ø 30 cm, with a depth of 45 cm.

At the top it has a peripheral rounded rim Ø 12 mm. The bucket has a row and parallel holes Ø 11 mm.

The bucket rests laterally on a pole of dimensions: 10,5 cm x 5 cm. With a height of 47,5 cm. It has a base of 19 x 19cm. 4 mm thick with 4 holes for mounting with plugs.

All mounting points of the parts are welded.

Container capacity is approximately 32 liters.

METALLIC ELEMENTS

Metallic  elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

PAINTS

For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
