TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

BATTLE PROTECTION 1100 LT

The metal bucket guards 1100 lt are approximately 160x110x130 cm. It is made entirely of Ø 1 ½ pipe. It consists of two horseshoe shaped, 128×75 cm, 75 cm from the ground of horizontal tubes inside the horseshoe. The two sides are connected by a ‘P’ shaped pipe 160×33 cm, mounted at a height of 75 cm from the ground. On the front of the structure is a recessed 70×35 cm horsepower, with a properly shaped mechanism at its attachment to the side to lock when closed and open only when needed.

The construction for joining the metal elements requires two (2) cross-shaped joints, two (2) ‘T’ shaped joints and two (2) specially formed joints for invoking the front horseshoe.

PACKING

Two methods can be used to fasten the guard:

Cracking on existing cement.

Specially shaped flanges with screw holes and plugs are mounted to cement the bottom of the vertical tubes of the construction.

Cracking to the ground

For grounding, the bottom of the vertical pipes of the structure is 40 cm long so that it can be mounted on the ground and then cemented with a frusto-cone-shaped cement base.

METALLIC ELEMENTS

The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

COLORS

For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed for polishing, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.

PACKING

The following procedure is used for fixing the equipment:

At this point where the column is to be installed, a pit about 40 cm deep and 40 cm in diameter is opened. Then, once the column is inserted, the pit is filled with conical-shaped concrete until it reaches 5 cm from the ground surface, where and covered with soil.

All production work processes for the processing of raw materials are carried out according to:

The ISO 9001: 2015 quality system

The ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System
