LITTER BIN BS917

    TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

    METAL BIN

WITH PLASTIC LID SPACE 1100 lt

The main body of the bin is made of single steel SE 1203 and is configured with pressurized reinforcement / absorption ribs for internal pressures and external vibrations.

Throughout its opening there is a welded pipe F 26 which stabilizes the entire structure and contributes to the safety of the user. In addition to the four corners of the trunk contact and side wall on either side of the bucket opening, there are special triangular laminated welds to eliminate the twisting of the trunk from any vibrations resulting from the trash being emptied into the trash can.

On the front and on the upper part of the body as specified by DIN 30700 there is a special steel socket all along the front where the comb-type lifting mechanism is applied.

At the front underside of the trunk and parallel to the welding edges left and right there are special 3.5 mm thick steel rectangular reinforced aprons that make the bucket even more sturdy. These are in contact with the trash hoist and, when emptying the bin, absorb the existing vibration and protect the trunk from any deformation.

The sidewalls are two and consist of a single SE 1203 steel sheet suitably formed with three pressed reinforcing ribs to absorb internal pressures into the bucket.

    On each side there are:

Welded special handle for mounting the safety handle in the center of the upper side. This grip is mandatory on metal buckets manufactured in the European Union for the safety of cleaning staff from any accident when attaching the bucket to the trash can.

Special pompe base welded to fixed 40mm50mm metal pins used to suspend the bucket from the garbage truck lifting system. On the same base at the bottom, is attached the mechanism on which the springs and mountings of the bucket arms are attached. The pins are 4 mm thick.

At the front there is a special 37×8,5×3,5mm welded steel apron that serves to better “tie” the bucket and to prevent any distortion by the trash truck. In the upper part of the right foot there is a hole from which the lock of the central brake system of the bucket and the special cable of this system are fitted internally.

Two handles, one for Personal Accident Safety and one for lateral displacement of the bucket. Safety handles are mandatory in the metal trash bin.

At the lower end of a side wall, at the bottom of the bucket body, there is a special water outlet after washing the bucket by a service washer. This hole ends in a 50 ‘diameter tube of 50 mm diameter covered by a plastic stopper.

The trunk carries six total handles made of solid steel bars F 23 for easy bucket displacement.

At the bottom of the trunk of the bucket and from the wheel base to the wheel base there is an optionally welded extra reinforcement of 200 mm wide and 2.0 mm thick which attaches more to the trunk and contributes to its strength.

Special comb with two handles for easier movement of the bucket.

For a longer shelf life, the bottom steel has a thickness of 2.2 mm.

The lid is made of high quality primary polyethylene with high strength and light weight.

It has two handles for easy opening.

It is designed to seal tightly for greater tightness.

The bucket moves on four 4mm thick wheels.

Each bin is fitted with two compact steel arms and 3 mm thick ribs to open and close the bucket lid.
