GENERALLY
The mechanical bins are of recent construction. Following are European STANDARDS EN 840-2, and DIN 30700 and are capable of handling domestic, commercial and industrial waste as well as bulk items.
Container capacity is 1100 liters.
Due to the weight of the waste it receives during transportation and its discharge, the main body of the bucket and the sidewalls are specially reinforced to prevent deformation of the walls during use.
Above the sides of the bin and approximately in their center are two fixed tubes 50 mm long and 40 mm in diameter that are used to suspend the bucket from the trash bin. Also, with the specially reinforced rim of the bucket it can be raised with a comb-type lifting system.
The bin will also carry the necessary 6 handles of suitable cross-section and reinforcement for easy movement and ergonomic use.
ESPECIALLY
All plastic parts that will be monoblock (main body, etc.) of these buckets are manufactured by solid casting and reinforced plastic (polyethylene) under pressure. Polyethylene is high molecular weight and contains special stabilizers against chemical reactions, polymerization by infrared and will be a primary material of excellent quality. It is very resistant to very low and very high temperatures, climate change (and even abrupt) and chemical reactions.
Due to the specific climatic conditions in Greece (high sunshine) and the special composition of the waste (high grease), special additives (stabilizers) have been provided to ensure a long shelf life and excellent batch appearance.
The poured material has a uniform and even distribution throughout the bucket.
The weight of the bucket is 42 kg and the body thickness of about 6 mm.
WHEELS
The bucket has four heavy duty wheels made of compact tire of excellent construction and quality 200mm diameter and their rotational capacity of 360 ° vertical axis so that the bucket is flexible if it needs to be moved in tight spaces.
Each wheel rests on a forked support through a ball bearing and is attached to the bucket by means of a special base properly reinforced and shaped capable of accepting dynamic loads and impacts during bucket use.
Each bucket will be able to stand on its own with two foot brakes which are activated by a simple one-leg action.
CLEANING HOLE
At the bottom of the bucket and at the bottom there is a special threaded hole for draining the liquids after cleaning the bucket. This hole is covered with a special lid and is completely sealed.
BIN LID
The lid is attached to the main body firmly with special “pins”. Easily opens and closes for garbage disposal, and during evacuation opens automatically when lifting the bin. It is specially reinforced to withstand stress and impact.
OTHER ELEMENTS
The total length of the bucket is 1.36 meters, the width of 0.77 meters and the height of 1.36 meters.
The buckets are suitable for lifting mechanisms utilizing modern international standards trucks with an arm and comb system.
The bins are configured so that they can be opened and automatically washed by special washing machines circulating in the Greek and International markets, as well as being able to be lifted securely by the bucket washer.
PAINTS
The color of the buckets will be dark green or another color of your choice.
BIN FEATURES
The bins will carry reflective stripes or reflective signals of the highest quality according to the Code of Conduct, so that they can be seen at night to avoid traffic accidents.
