The pillar is made of cast iron. It has a total diameter of 17 cm and a height of 40.6 cm above the ground. The column weighs 11,900 kg.
It is solid and at the top of it forms an elegant ball of 14.2 cm in diameter. The ball rests on a base of 8 cm in height and 7.5 cm in height and then forms a decorative ring of 14 cm in diameter and 2.4 cm thick.
The main body of the barrier is formed at the bottom of the ring and in the shape of a frusto cone. It has a diameter of 12.5 cm and a height of 14.2 cm. Its height is 17 cm and has vertical ornamental ribs. The bottom has a base of 23 cm in diameter and a thickness of 1.5 cm.
It is mounted on the ground by means of screws.

METALLIC ELEMENTS
The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.
PAINTS
For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed to release them, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
