TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

WICKER BASKET WREATH

Made entirely of steel. The hoop is made of solid steel Ø 21 mm in diameter and has a diameter of Ø 45 cm. It is mounted on a 5 mm thick sheet metal and the netting of the nail is made of special plastic hooks that protect the players’ fingers from injuries.This suspension system also minimizes the inversion of the net into the rim.

The crank mount is made of 4 mm thick steel plate and the restoring function is based on the use of 3 pressure springs mounted in special 30×30 mm cases with a diameter of Ø 25 mm and a length of 85 mm.

The base of the springs is covered with lids.

METALLIC ELEMENTS

The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

PAINTS

For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed to release them, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
