The upright posts are made of a metal tube Ø 3’’ 8.8 cm in diameter and a total length of 150 cm, on which is mounted a metal brazing gear.

There is a brass pulley at the top of the tube. On one of the two pillars and in the center approximately it is fitted with a special mechanism with pulleys, gears and endless screws for tensioning the fillet, which on one side is attached to the pivot and on the other it is fixed with a special hook to the other pillar. The whole system is 40 cm deep (110 cm free) and can be portable.

The top of the uprights is fastened with a hemispherical aluminum plug.

The fillet is 950 cm long and 100 cm high. It is formed of small squares 3 cm long and is held by a wire rope at the top, covered by a white strip 5 cm wide on both sides of the fillet. The same white strip is positioned 25 cm from the side edges of the thread vertically and at the same time perpendicular to the oblique and center lines.

The thread is fastened to the posts by means of seven (7) metal rings mounted on the inner sides of the pair of posts. These rings and the fillet are pierced by a metal rod 100 cm long and Ø 8 mm in diameter which helps to secure the fillet.

METALLIC ELEMENTS

The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

PAINTS

For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed to release them, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
