VOLLEY 0030-414
0030-414
The complete set of volleyball equipment includes the following items:
A pair of uprights with mounts
Two pieces of volleyball net
Stretch mechanism.
Volleyball Stands
The volleyball posts are made of Ø 110 mm aluminum tube, 3 mm thick, which are painted with electrostatic paint.
Their cross-section is Ø 88 mm. The total height of the stand is 3.00 m. With their final installation and installation on the court, their free height will be 2.50 m.
The color of the pillars is white.
In one of the two (2) uprights and in a special recess, a special mechanism for adjusting the net is installed.
The mechanism is easy to use. Variable height support is also provided for the bottom of the net.
The net is also tensioned with an external crank.
In the same upright there is a tape with adjustment indicator for the height of the thread, for the internationally recognized heights which are defined as follows:
2.43m for men’s and teenagers’ races.
2.24m for women and girls
2.17m for boys and girls races.
On the other side of the uprights there is a corresponding safe way to support the net at the above heights.
The stands are fixed to the floor in bases that are 50 cm long galvanized metal and Ø 4 ” in diameter.
They are accompanied by metal plugs to cover the bases in case of removing the upright posts.
Volleyball net
It has a length of 9.50 m and a width of 1.00 m measured on a horizontal surface, without any deformation of squares. It is made of 2.5 mm thick polyethylene or polyurethane yarn (synthetic polyamide fibers) and knitted to form squares 10cm wide.
On the upper side of the net and along its entire length, it is a 7 cm horizontal sewn ribbon made of wrapped white cotton fabric or P.V.C. in such a way that it is possible to pass through a flexible steel cable, coated with nylon material for tying it to the posts. At the bottom, there is a rope passed through the grids to fasten to the upright. The color of the net is black.
METALLIC ELEMENTS
The metallic elements used in the manufacture of the equipment (screws, connectors, etc.) are made of metals either thermo-galvanized or electro-galvanized, where the surface preparation has been preceded by sandblasting or stainless steel. The dimensions and cross-sections of the metallic elements are sufficient to accommodate (with an appropriate safety factor) the loads for which they have been designed to withstand corrosion and adverse weather conditions.
PAINTS
The varnishes and paints that protect the wooden parts are specially designed for the climate of our country and are absolutely harmless to the users (they do not contain lead, chromium, cadmium or other heavy metals) and give high strength to our constructions.
For their anticorrosive protection, the metal parts are processed to release them, followed by a coating of polyzinc (zinc) and then electrostatic, two-layer polyester powder coating.
